Custom and personalized orders

If you like a custom bow, please message me and I will gladly advise on price and ETA. I have many ribbon and would love to make custom bows to fit your need.

Care instructions

Due to transit and tight room in boxes bows and/or wreath may be flatten. Please fluff deco mesh and run fingres to reshape bows as they are all wired ribbon which are easy to reshape. Some ribbon may not be cut at the ends, I like to leave it to the customers to cut to their preference i.e dovetail, angle cute or roll up.

To reshape bows please hold bow with one hand and run index and middle finger starting from the top going outward( like a hill). This will give you a nice shape.

Weather

For the most part all if not all the materials used in your wreath are considered durable to moderate outdoor exposure. I however, recommend hanging your wreath on a door that has an overhang to protect it from direct sun. Unfortunately, over time, as with anything left outside in the sun, your wreath will fade. But you should get a few seasons out of your wreath before this happens. Most customers are okay with this as they typically want a change after 2 years / Season

Storing Wreaths/Bows

Please store in a climate controlled room.
Extreme weather will cause decorations paint to crack or peel, Styrofoam decorations and hot glue to melt, and will cause expanding and contracting between grapevine branches which will cause the flower/decorative insertions to become loose. You will be a lot happier if you store your wreath in a closet as opposed to the attic or garage. Also please think about wreath stroage containers as they help preverse your wreath.

Is my package insured?

USPS First Class shipments do not include insurance. I am not responsible for loss or damage caused by the post office. If you would like your package to have a tracking number and insurance, please contact me so that I can upgrade your shipping to priority.
Shipments are insured through the post office on priority shipments. The post office is responsible for any loss or damage. You can go online and fill out a claim for to recover the cost.

Shipping

My wreaths/swags/items are packaged/wired in with durable boxes for the appropriate size. I ship within the United States only. Items are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Refunds

Please read description of product before purchase as due to the nature of this product, I do not accept refunds. All purchases are final sale. If you decide to cancel order before I ship there will be a $50 non refundable fee applied to any product over $99. If item is less than $99 a 20% non refundable fee will apply.
